Meet Beoana Ngatane
A goal-driven and determined Mosotho man living at Upper Thamae, in the district of Maseru.
In a short space of time, Beoana worked his way up from a Night Supervisor to MG Health’s Pad Manager. During his time as a night supervisor, he worked incredibly hard to understand the ins and outs of the medical Cannabis industry and learnt how to keep our plants happy, healthy and thriving.
We sent Beoana to one of the leading Cannabis producers in the world, 7ACRES in Canada, to meet with other growers to discuss their methods of growing, the challenges that they face, and how to overcome those challenges.

We are incredibly proud of all that he has accomplished so far, and we can’t wait to watch him grow as he helps us grow medicine for patients around the world.
A “pad” is what we call our 5 000 m² cultivation area. We are currently operating 1 pad, with plans in place to expand our capacity to 3 pads in the coming months.
